Delivery made by insured shipping and is free of charge for you. If a delivery does not arrive or is lost, please contact us - we will send you a new product.

Production and shipping time 2-3 weeks

Some of our products are individually manufactured or personalized for you, which is why the shipping time is made up of the respective production time and the actual shipping. Certain products are shipped directly from Asia, which also results in delivery times of between two and three weeks from the order date. If you have not received your goods after 4 weeks, please contact us.
